The Casillas Dynasty, Brand New Series Launches On Telemundo Across Africa

Telemundo, a general entertainment channel offering telenovelas from Latin America and Mexico is looking to allocate The Casillias Dynasty. Known as Dinastía Casillas, it serves as a spin-off to El Señor De Los Cielos (Lord Of The Skies).

Synopsis for The Casilias Dynasty

Following Aurelio's disappearance, the dynasty is on the brink of collapse. Ismael Casillas (Iván Arana) must step into the spotlight to lead and protect the family's interests in a ruthless world of ambition and fear.

Ismael and Diana Ahumada (Isabella Castillo) begin the series on a high-stakes mission to find and liberate Aurelio and his daughter, Rutila. However, they are quickly drawn into a brutal war for control of the cartel.

The family faces an explosive confrontation with El Gancho’s cartel, which serves as the primary antagonist seeking to seize their power and territory.

To gain leverage, the Casillas clan seeks an alliance with Elizabeth Cordero (María Fernanda Yepes), the ex-wife of "El Chema". She returns from exile in Milan to reclaim her influence in the underworld and eventually forms a complex bond with Ismael.

The narrative explores the shifting loyalties and "ghosts from the past" that emerge, forcing the family to choose between reinventing themselves or watching their entire empire fall. 

It starred Iván Arana as Ismael Casillas, Raúl Méndez as Víctor Casillas "Chacorta", María Fernanda Yepes as Elizabeth Cordero, Isabella Castillo as Diana Ahumada and Ianis Guerrero as Fabricio Hernández "El Gancho".

The Casillias Dynasty launches airs daily at 10PM CAT on Telemundo from 10 August.
